The New Orleans Saints shipped speedy receiver Kenny Stills off to the Miami Dolphins this offseason in exchange for a third-round pick and linebacker Dannell Ellerbe in a deal that caught many NFL pundits by surprise.

With the added third-rounder, the Saints now have nine picks in the upcoming 2015 NFL Draft, five of which come in the top-80 selections, making the deal seem a bit more palatable.

The just 23-year-old Stills caught 63 passes for 931 yards and three touchdowns for the Saints last season. While replacing his specific contributions won't be an easy task, according to reports, Saints head coach Sean Payton and GM Mickey Loomis may already be eyeing his replacement with one of those nine picks in April.

"Yesterday I reported Dorsett had dinner with the New Orleans Saints," writes Tony Pauline of Walter Football. "Today I can tell you they are bringing the speedy wideout in for a visit. I can also inform that head coach Sean Payton and Jeff Ireland were on the sidelines gushing over Dorsett and talked about what a great fit the receiver would be for their offense."

The University of Miami held its Pro Day on Wednesday, and the electrifying pass-catcher starred, according to Pauline.

"As reported earlier, Dorsett blistered in the 40 and improved his already fast time from the Combine. Afterward, Dorsett was nothing short of sensational during position drills. He ran crisp routes, caught everything thrown in his direction and most importantly, practiced to his 40 time. People who've been attending Hurricane pro days for more than a decade told me Dorsett's performance today was the best they've ever witnessed at a Miami pro day."

Dorsett, per Alex Marvez of FOX Sports, was hand-clocked by scouts at 4.25 and 4.27 in the 40-yard dash, even better than the amazing performance of 4.33 he managed at the NFL rookie scouting combine.

More importantly, he looked great in positional drills when he didn't really need to take part at all.

"It shows he's a competitor," one general manager said, per Marvez.

Payton, per Marvez's report, made a point to approach Dorsett and offer praise after his workout ended.

"This was my decision," Dorsett said afterward. "A lot of people told me, 'Don't run and just do position drills.' But I knew I could do better, so I just did everything."

While he's just 5-foot-10, 184-pounds, Dorsett is solidly built and looks to have the ideal makings of a top slot receiver in the NFL.
