Comedian Jamie Foxx was blasted on social media for his distasteful joke about Bruce Jenner during the iHeart Radio awards Sunday night.
During his opening monologue at the show, Foxx joked that reality TV star Bruce Jenner, who is reportedly transitioning to a woman, was going to perform during the show.
"(He) will be here doing a his-and-hers duet by himself," Foxx said while standing in front of a picture of Jenner's face on the big screen.
"I'm just busting your balls while I still can," he added.
Joking about a person being transgender is clearly unacceptable, as the Twittersphere proved after Foxx's joke.
That "joke" about Bruce Jenner has me livid. How incredibly ignorant, @iamjamiefoxx. I am sick to my stomach. #iHeartRadioAwards

Seriously #JamieFoxx? #BruceJenner jokes? You're disgusting, that's not ok. It wasn't funny, just mean spirited and lazy. #SupportLGBT — Angela (@AngelaPquigley) March 30, 2015
Jamie Foxx just made a terrible, disgusting joke about Bruce Jenner's rumored transition on this trash awards show.

Jenner hasn't publicly spoken about his transition yet. He is reportedly making a documentary about his transition with E! and will be shown telling his daughters about his transition during episode 13 of the new season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."
