An Australian woman was arrested Tuesday after police say she squirted breast milk on a police officer, Perth Now reported.

Police in Western Australia say the woman was arrested for an unrelated offence and taken to a police station in Rockingham, located just outside of Perth, when the incident occurred.

A female cop was administering a strip search on the unnamed 26-year-old when she took hold of her breast and squirted milk on the officer, according to Perth Now. The officer got milk on her forehead, arms and clothes.

The woman, from the Calista suburb in southern Perth, was charged with assault and appeared in Fremantle Magistrates Court on Wednesday. She was ordered held without bail after a judge determined it wasn't safe for her to be released.

Police would not say what lead to the assault or if the woman had a child with her, according to The Guardian. If found guilty she faces up to 18 months in jail or an $18,000 fine.

It's not uncommon for assault charges to be filed for spitting on cops, the newspaper reported. But police said this is the first known assault case involving breast milk.
