The 2013 MLB All-Star Game features the best players in baseball battling to give their league home-field advantage in the World Series. The game starts 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday. Watch the live stream HERE.

Detroit Tigers pitcher Max Scherzer gets the start for the American League team. Scherzer leads the AL with a 13-1 record. His 3.19 ERA and 152 strikeouts make him worthy of the honor, SB Nation reports. Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera, the AL leader in votes, is hitting a .365 with 30 homers and 95 RBIs — he will bat third in the lineup.

Matt Harvey of the New York Mets will start opposite of Scherzer for the National League team. Harvey's 7-2 record and 2.35 ERA, along with 147 strikeouts, earned the 24-year-old the starting nod. Cincinnati Reds slugger David Wright, who's batting .304 with 13 homers and 44 RBIs, will hit cleanup for the NL.
