Forget Nicolas Cage's internet fame and zany reputation for a second -- people forget the actor (who actually has an Academy Award!) is basically Hollywood royalty, a member of the Coppola family. That's hard to remember when things on the internet regarding Cage involve his face photoshopped over other actors' and montages of his various in-character freakouts.

It seems that even when it comes to his eventual death, Cage will embrace his weird side rather than that of his classic movie-making heritage. The actor owns a massive pyramid tomb in New Orleans' St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 and will one day be laid to rest there, according to Slate.

The stone tomb that stands 9 feet above ground has no name engraved on it and towers over other century-old graves at the site, according to the report. The only words on the white pyramid are "Omni Ab Uno," which in English means "Everything From One"-- very "National Treasure."

The people of New Orleans are not happy about Cage's purchase though, and many believe older tombs were removed in order to make space for his.

Cage once owned another piece of property in New Orleans-- the supposed haunted LaLaurie Mansion.
