Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly may not be done with his roster shakeup just yet. Just over a week after shipping quarterback Nick Foles off in return for Sam Bradford, Kelly is shopping another one of his signal-callers. Chris Mortensen of ESPN reports that Matt Barkley, Philly's fourth-round pick in 2013, is available for a late-round pick.

If Barkley is moved, who would replace him as the third quarterback on the depth chart? Kelly worked out Tim Tebow on Monday and although it was reported that the Eagles would not sign him to a deal, that may not be the case after all.

"Sources with the Eagles say they are trying to trade Matt Barkley. If he is traded, I'm told there's an '80% chance' they'll sign Tim Tebow," Dianna Marie Russini of NBC 4 tweeted. Eighty percent is certainly higher than most fans would have initially thought.

Kelly and Barkley share the same agent which could help facilitate a trade more quickly.

Barkley has fallen on tough times. Originally projected to be a top-10 pick in the 2012 draft, Barkley decided to return to USC for his senior season and struggled mightily. He wound up falling to the 98th pick in 2013 and has not been viewed as a viable option for the Eagles since.

Tebow, meanwhile, has been out of football since 2012. Though he impressed with his late game heroics while with the Denver Broncos, Tebow never developed the accuracy or mechanics that coaches in both Denver and New York wanted from him. However, he is still an impressively mobile quarterback who proved he could run certain sub-packages effectively.

It will be interesting to see what Kelly's true asking price for Barkley is. Ryan Mallett only fetched a seventh-round pick when the New England Patriots dealt him and he was viewed as a better option than Barkley.
