Jai Courtney feels comfortable enough in his body to walk on set naked, so he had no problem shooting the nude scenes for his upcoming movie "Terminator: Genisys."

At the same time, Courtney took the necessary steps to cover up a little for those not as comfortable with public nudity.

"I'm an exhibitionist from way back, so it really didn't affect me too negatively. It can be pretty weird, you know, getting nude," he told HuffPost Live. "It's a funny thing because you have to be respectful to your environment. So even if you're comfortable with it, you have to understand that some people aren't, and there are always things in place to preserve modesty, if you will, as far as you can with that sort of stuff."

The Australian actor revealed a variety of materials and devices that he used during production for modesty control including a "c**k sock" and a "modesty pouch."

The c**k sock is a small apparatus with elastic and can be "very expensive," according to Courtney.

"Someone's managed to monopolize on this niche market making c**k socks," he said.

The "modesty pouch" requires adhesive in a not-so-comfortable area: "Just past your balls. Head a little further south, and that's where you tape it up," Courtney explained.

Removing the pouch and glue resulted in some pain for the "Divergent" star, but he'll take it over the alternative - waxing his entire body.

"That's far too much maintenance for one man to be concerned about," Courtney said. "I'm hairy, too, so yeah, occasional grooming comes into place. But no, you wouldn't see me getting a back, sack and crack wax. That's too painful, surely."

Courtney will next star in "Insurgent," the second installment of the "Divergent" series, which opens this Friday. "Terminator Genisys" hits theaters on July 1, 2015.
