La La Anthony will soon be adding author to her list of accomplishments. The wife of New York Knicks player Carmelo Anthony, will be publishing a relationship book in 2014, US Weekly reports.

This is the very first book for the former MTV host. She partnered with Karen Hunter to write "The Love Playbook: Rules for Love, Sex, and Happiness" which will chronicle her search for romance before meeting the NBA player and offer advice to women about having a healthy relationship. She will dish on bad dates and friends she had to get rid of in order to reach the level of success she is at now. The book is scheduled to be released in hardcover on January 28, 2014.

"I'm so excited to be sharing my insights on love and relationships," she told US Weekly. "I hope this book shows women that they can overcome obstacles in their love life and be truly happy!"

La La and Carmelo get engaged on Christmas Day in 2004 and tied-the-knot in 2010. They have a son together, Kiyan Carmelo Anthony. The couple's marriage was documented on their hit reality show "La La's Full Court Life."

Back in March there were rumors that La La and Carmelo were calling it quits but the former TV personality quickly shut down the rumors.

"Everything is wonderful in the Anthony household," La La told Access Hollywood Live. "We've been together for 10 years. If anyone says you don't go through ups and downs in 10 years, they're lying."

"We're in a real relationship - we have our ups, we have our downs, but we definitely work through  them and we're doing great right now," she added.

La La recently finished filming "Think Like a Man Too," which is due out next summer. She will also be in "Baggage Claim" with Paula Patton and her reality show is scheduled to air Sunday, July 14.
