Honduras is looking to continue its streak in the tournament after defeating Haiti in the opening round, 2-0.  Despite Haiti controlling much of the match, Honduras lucked out by the Haitians' inability to score, LatinosPost.com reports.

El Salvador, meanwhile, is looking for three points on Friday after its opening match ended in a 2-2 draw against Trinidad and Tobago.  The team fell behind early in the match, but showed resiliency by coming back to force the draw.

If Honduras can win against El Salvador, the team will earn a spot in the knockout rounds.  Historically, Honduras has always had the upper hand on El Salvador.  In 58 meetings, Honduras claimed 31 wins, 15 draws and 12 losses — Honduras has lost only twice to El Salvador in their last 29 matches.

The silver lining for El Salvador is that their last three matches ended in draws.  Their last match, an international friendly on Jan. 18, 2013, the squads pulled even with a 1-1 draw.

LatinosPost.com predicts Honduras to win, 3-0.
