Nathan Griffith, fiancé of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans, was arrested Wednesday in South Carolina and put behind bars for domestic violence, according to E! News.

A report released by The Horry County Police Department stated that Griffith pinned the reality star against a toilet in their bathroom and "forcibly removed an engagement ring from her finger." The physical altercation reported occurred after the couple got into an argument.

Evans, who has two children, told officers that she was allegedly staying at a hotel instead of the home she shared with Griffith. The reality star returned home to collect her belongings for school, but instead got into and argument with Griffith. The argument escalated when Griffith asked Evans to return her engagement ring.

After refusing, Evans said she "went to the master bathroom and was sitting on the toilet when [Griffith] came [into] the bathroom and pinned her against the toilet... [and] wrestled her for the engagement ring" - leaving the reality star with a cut on her pinky finger. According to the report, Griffith took the ring and the keys to the couple's car and left the home.

However, Griffith's police report claimed that he "never touched the victim."

He told police that Evans become upset and "took the engagement ring off" and added that Evans is the violent one in their relationship. He also showed officers scars on his back left by Evans.
