A leaked video to TMZ showing Justin Bieber peeing in a mop bucket and yelling "F**k Bill Clinton!" has taken the internet by storm, and according to Gawker, the teen star has buried the hatchet with the former U.S. president in a personal phone conversation.

The 19-year old was filmed urinating in a mop bucket at Artichoke Basille's Pizza while his crew and body guard looked on passively, some even egging him on in the act. "Quick little piss break you know. Quickest restroom he could get to," one person can be heard saying in the video, while his friends told him the restaurant manager would "always remember" him for his indiscretion. After Bieber finished, he and his friends yelled, "Wild kids!" and Bieber called out, "F**k Bill Clinton!"

"@billclinton thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President," Bieber tweeted recently. "Your words meant alot. #greatguy." Though he didn't elaborate on the conversation, and Clinton has not tweeted him back, several sources confirm that the star did in fact speak to the former president, and it was Bieber who called him to personally apologize for the harsh words caught on tape. The two have met before, and Extra reports that during their latest phone exchange they had "a great conversation."

According to an E! News insider, Clinton responded to Bieber's apology with something along the lines of, "If that is the worst thing you have ever done, all is well." The insider added that Bieber told the former president if there was anything he could do for the Clinton Global Initiative, he would love to help out, while Clinton told him to keep an eye on his friends, one of which publically leaked the racy video.

Clinton "told the pop star to be conscious of the friends he keeps and to focus on the good work he is doing," said the E! News source.

There is no word on whether or not Bieber has called to apologize to Artichoke Basille Pizza's kitchen staff, however, who surely had a hard time cleaning his urine out of a mop bucket.
