Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend Nick Gordon has withdrawn a temporary restraining order that prevented law enforcement from executing a search warrant involving a security camera, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.

Gordon's lawyers filed the TRO on Monday "to protect his interest. However, Mr. Gordon has since elected to dismiss the claim in an effort to help Roswell PD speed up their investigation."

Law enforcement issued the search warrant for a security camera. The restraining order also sought to prevent the company Nest Labs from complying with the warrant, which "owns and operates a 'dropcam' web-based security company," according to the court documents filed by Gordon's attorney.

The court documents, filed around Feb. 12, claimed, "the search warrant violates the Fourth Amendment in that it is overly broad and seeks private data 'without limitation,' and fails to narrowly limit the scope of the data sought by date or other characteristics."

Nest Labs "intended to comply" with the warrant until Gordon's lawyers filed the TRO. The search warrant also tried to link alleged crime involving the security camera had a link to 'possession of a controlled, " but the attorneys argued that link was "insufficient."

Gordon has refused to speak with law enforcement about the events on Jan. 31 that led to his girlfriend Bobbi Kristina being found unconscious in her bathtub. Her father Bobby Brown has refused to allow Gordon to see her until he explains his side of the story.

Bobby's lawyer, Chris Brown, issued this statement on Monday, Feb. 23:

"It appears that Mr. Gordon did not want his understanding of the facts to be subject to the truthful examination of various experts or Bobby Brown himself," said lawyer Chris Brown, according to TMZ. "Mr. Gordon has every right to remain silent and not share his version of events with Bobby Brown... Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants to the world to believe."

Gordon responded by sending a series of text messages directly to Bobby and then tweeting a screengrab of the message.

"Man to man I love your daughter ...  I don't know why you won't let me see her ... Your daughter is going to hate you when she wakes up.  It's not like you know her anyways.  What's her favorite color?  What's her favorite smell, movies, food.  You don't know. I forgive you she won't," he wrote (via TMZ).
