The world knows that pop star Miley Cyrus loves to party (and smoke up), but it looks as though her 13-year old sister Noah Cyrus may be drinking in new paparazzi photos of the tween with her friends leaving a party on the 4th of July, Celebuzz reports.

In the new pics, where Noah hangs out with some friends at a party in Malibu, Calif., the 13-year old hands her blue plastic cup to a friend quickly after spotting photographers, looking surprised to see them. She wore a blue bikini top, black beanie and red, white and blue tie-dyed shorts, covering her shoulders with a patterned blue shirt. The star and her friends walked barefoot during a busy road as they left the party.

Celebuzz speculates that people rarely drink anything non-alcoholic out of plastic cups, whether they're red, blue or any other color, and points out that with her parents currently in the middle of a rough divorce, Noah may be acting out for attention.

Or, it's possible Noah may be experimenting as many young teens do, or perhaps not even drinking alcohol at all. This isn't the first time photos of the young star have created a stir. The tween donned "bondage" boots and an outfit that many felt was inappropriate for a young girl back in 2010, and hit the red carpet several times in questionable times. In addition, Noah has been spotted "playing" on stripper poles at a bizarre kid's club.

Noah's sister Miley created quite a few media buzzes after the young star had a video of her smoking salvia leaked to the public. Miley also has several leaked photos of her smoking marijuana (click for an example) and rolling joints, as the star is seemingly shameless about her love of weed, even spotted sporting a bag with marijuana leaf prints recently. Although she was rated one of the worst celebrity role models in a recent parent's survey, Miley is still doing quite well for herself, having just broken Justin Bieber's Vevo record for most viewed video with her latest hit, "We Can't Stop."
