Rick Salomon has a response to Pamela Anderson's divorce request.

A week after Anderson filed for divorce from Salomon for a third time citing irreconcilable differences, Salomon filed legal documents seeking an annulment of his marriage to the former "Baywatch" actress.

In the legal documents he filed in Las Vegas on Wednesday, Salomon claimed his marriage to Anderson "should be nullified because Pam deceived him." According to TMZ, Salomon is also asking the judge "to rule there is no community property in the marriage" and "asking the judge to deny her spousal support."

Salomon, who is also a successful professional poker player, reportedly hired lawyer Richard Schonfeld, who also represented Britney Spears during her Las Vegas marriage annulment.

Sources close to Salomon claimed he "will not disclose the nature of the fraud, however they say Rick has solid proof she bamboozled him into marrying her."

Anderson and Salomon first tied the knot in October 2007, but two months later the marriage was annulled due to fraud and was officially dissolved in March 2008. They rekindled and remarried in Jan. 2014, but Anderson filed for divorce on July 3, citing irreconcilable differences. The former Playmate later requested that the judge toss out her request.

Anderson was previously married to Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998 with whom she shares two sons, Brandon and Dylan. She was also married to Kid Rock from August 2006 to February 2007.
