Miley Cyrus looked fresh and make-up free recently in a new photo from her recent trip to the Bahamas, the star showing off her svelte and sexy bikini body in a striped bikini in one of her friend's latest Instagram pics, E! News reports.
Also missing from the new pic? Cyrus's engagement ring given to her by fiance Liam Hemsworth, the on-and-off again couple that many fans speculate are no longer together. She's been spotted wearing the sparkly ring from time to time, though not consistently, and it's possible the former Disney star didn't want to lose it or ruin it with sand on the beach.
When she wasn't working on her summer tan, Cyrus took some time to stop and meet fans, posing for a photo of one lucky Miley fanatic.
"MILEY CYRUS IS IN HOPE TOWN AND I MET HER," fan Brittainy Trevathan tweeted on June 30 along with a photo of herself and the 20-year-old pop star.
"My dad ran into Miley Cyrus in the Bahamas," another fan recently tweeted.
Cyrus's new hit song "We Can't Stop" may have stirred up some controversy among critics for its alleged appropriation of black culture, but nonetheless, her catchy new track is doing very well on the charts, peaking at #3 on Billboard Hot 100 after only 4 weeks, the spot where it currently remains.
The star grabbed some much needed rest and relaxation in the Bahamas after a whirlwind of promotion for her new single, as just last week she attended Y100's Mack-a-Palooza at the Clevelander hotel in Miami Beach, and attended an iHeartRadio meet and greet with several lucky contest winners who got a chance to attend an exclusive listening party of her upcoming album.
Last Wednesday, the star took a jet from L.A. where she made an appearance and performed her new song on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to fly to New York for "Good Morning America."
