Police in Aspen, Colorado arrested William Montag on Thursday evening and charged him with several counts of child sex abuse and incest, according to court records obtained by Denver's Channel 9 News.

A 29-page affidavit filed in Arapahoe County shows that Montag, the father of reality stars Heidi and Holly Montag, started abusing the alleged victim in 1993 when she was 13 years old. He continued the alleged abuse until she was 17.

The alleged abuse began when Montag and his family lived in Frisco and continued after they moved to Centennial.

Due to statute of limitations, Montag can only be charged with incidents that occurred after July 1, 1996 when she was 16, according to 9News. The alleged victim indicated in the affidavit that she was abused at least 50 different times.

Montag allegedly "groomed her with back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of their home," and later tried to insert a vibrator into her vagina, TMZ reports in its examination of the court documents. When she turned 16, he started to perform oral sex.

The last report of abuse came in 1998 when Montag allegedly slipped into bed with and tried to pull down her underwear. The victim claims that he said, "I want to have sex with you," and she refused, telling him to "Get the hell out of my room, no!" He then responded, ""I thought that's what you wanted. I thought you loved me the way I love you," according to TMZ.

She told police that she came forward now to protect any future victims.

Montag's daughter Heidi believes the victim "is determined to destroy the family," a source close to "The Hills" star and her husband Spencer told TMZ. They claim the woman has stalked them at public appearances and had to be escorted out by security. The couple believe the Montag patriarch will be cleared of all charges.

Montag lives in Glenwood Springs. According to 9News, he has worked as a ski instructor over the years and was recently employed at Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club.
