Lindsay Lohan may face another stint in jail when she heads to court on Wednesday to show that she has failed to complete her community service hours, according to TMZ.

Lohan's lawyer will try to argue that her recent medical crisis with the mosquito-borne disease, Chikungunya, prevented her from completing the sentence of 240 hours handed down in 2013. At the time, the 28-year-old actress pled not guilty to two misdemeanor charges stemming from a 2012 accident with a tractor-trailer on the Pacific Coast Highway.

The court originally asked to see proof of completion on Nov. 6, 2014, but on that date Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, could only account for the actress completing nearly half of the hours, according to TMZ. The judge scheduled a second date for Jan. 28, but LiLo is still nowhere close to finished.

The troubled star also claims the community service center she was working with in London closed for two weeks over the holidays. She contracted the mosquito virus around New Year's, but the court probably won't appreciate the fact that she was on vacation in Bora Bora at the time.

The 2013 sentence extended her previous probation for shoplifting a necklace in 2011 by another two years.

"This is it," Los Angeles Superior Judge James Dabney told Lohan in 2013. "You violate your probation, and we're not going to have discussions of putting you back on probation."

Lohan also had to complete 18 months of psychotherapy and spend 90 days in a "locked in" drug rehab facility, according to CNN.
