After just one year of marriage Jodie Sweeting is filing for legal separation from her third husband, Morty Coyle. According to TMZ, she filed the paper work in Los Angles citing "irreconcilable differences." She is also seeking full custody of their two-year-old daughter Beatrix, asking for their co-owned 2000 Toyota Avalon and wants to split a $200 Kohl's card balance between the two, the Daily News reports.

Sweetin and Coyle married in a private ceremony in March of last year and recently celebrated their one-year anniversary by disclosing the details of their special day.

"We wanted to keep it quiet and intimate for awhile, but felt that on our first wedding anniversary, it was time to share!" she told People magazine in April. "I don't think anything in the world could be better than what I have."

She was also married to Cody Herpin and Shaun Holguin. Along with her daughter Beatrix, she has a five-year-old named Zoie with Herpin.

In 2009 the former child star shocked the world when she released her memoir, "unSweetined." In the book she revealed in-depth details of her troubled past including battling drug addictions to meth, cocaine and ecstasy. In an interview with US Weekly she opened up about writing the book and all the different set-backs she's had in her life. She told the magazine about a time she went to her co-star, Candace Cameron's wedding and got so drunk she had to be carried out of the venue.

"I probably had two bottles of wine, and I was only 14," she told the magazine. "That first drink gave me the self-confidence I had been searching for my whole life. But that set the pattern of the kind of drinking that I would do."

She also talked about the time she was "high as a kite" during Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's premier of "New York Minute" and how no one knew about her double life and how strung out on drugs she was. She said her breaking point was when she drove drunk with her baby daughter in the car.

"That was the big rock bottom. I had two glasses of wine and drove with her in the car," she said. "I not only out myself in danger, but also my daughter, who I loved more than anything. I felt terrible."

"I got sober for good on December 7, 2008," she continued. "I was flying to LA and I ended up taking a bunch of Nyquil and drinking a shitload... From that day forward, I threw myself into going to AA and avoided people who do blow off their coffee tables... But life is good. I'm happier than I can remember."

A source told the entertainment magazine that Sweetin was handling the divorce well and was doing fine.

"She seems in good spirits," the source told US Weekly. "She's sober still so she's in way better shape than last time."
