Khloe Kardashian has recently revealed that she lost about 25 pounds and has not been shy about showing off her slimmed down body. One of the ways the 28-year-old reality star said she lost the weight was be exercising and according to a picture she recently posted on Instagram she really sweats it out at the gym, the Huffington Post reports.
She took to Twitter to post an Instagram photo of her treadmill after she just finished her workout sharing that she burned 724 calories. That's pretty impressive for someone who said she goes to the gym four to five times a week now. That doesn't include the other calories she burns from doing Pilates, boxing, squats and hiking.
She captioned the photo: "I have no idea how it happened!! Warrior moment."
In an interview with Life & Style magazine she revealed how she lost the weight and how she plans to keep it off.
"Everything in moderation," she told the magazine. "Right now, I try to go on a hike or something. I work out at least four to five times a week. At least I try."
"I tried to cut out a lot of sweets. I'm just changing my diet slowly," she continued. "If I do too much too soon... I know I'll go back and binge eat... and cry. [Staying in shape] is always going to be a lifelong thing for me."
She also said she is cutting back on booze and working out with a partner (her brother Rob Kardashian) to help her stay motivated.
The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" was recently photographed at the Kardashian self-tanning launch party in Burbank, Calif. in a pair of turquoise shorts paired with a sheer top.
"I don't' care about what size I am, I care about how I look," she told the June issue Of Cosmopolitan UK. "I don't expect to be a size 2 and nor do I want to be. I'm 5 feet, 10 inches and I like being curvy, but I also like being toned. I have to do whatever is good for me... I feel that I'm healthier [now], but I don't think I'm prettier thinner."
