Biometric clothing company Hexoskin introduced a shirt at CES 2015 designed to help parents and coaches make sure kids and teenagers are getting the right amount of exercise.

The Hexoskin Junior Shirt works with a connected app to keep track of kids' routines, monitoring the wearer's heart rate, steps taken, sleep and calories burned with built-in sensors, according to The Independent. Other factors the shirt can measure include workout recovery, acceleration, breathing and sleep.

The app, which is available for iOS and Android devices, will then store this data and show progress over time. Users will be able to look at this information, as well as visualizations of their exercises, on Hexoskin's "online dashboard."

GPS data is used in the app to measure factors like how much distance the user covers on a jog, Mac Rumors reported. The shirt will also measure the wearer's VO2max level, which refers to the most oxygen an individual is capable of using.

You can get the Hexoskin Junior for $149.99 by itself, or you can get the $379.99 starter kit, which comes with a USB cable and a Bluetooth recording device that can store 150 hours of data. Parents looking to stay in shape can get an adult version of the shirt as well.
