It's getting to be a family tradition. Gwen Stefani and her rocker husband Gavin Rossdale -- plus their sons -- spent Christmas for the second year in a row in the small resort town of Mammoth, Calif., where they enjoy making the most of the slopes and snowfall.

The No Doubt singer and solo star and her family arrived in the resort on Christmas Eve. Even the family pooch, Chewy, came along, according to The Daily Mail.

The couple and their two eldest sons, Kingston, 8, and 6-year-old Zuma were seen heading up the mountain the first day in the resort and they returned to the slopes again the next day. Their youngest son, 10-month-old Apollo, was not spotted, reports the Daily Mail.

Zuma and his older brother Kingston seemed to be taking to skis like naturals, following their parents down some gentle runs.

The extended trip provided a welcome break to Stefani and her husband, who have been busy with work since the summer. Stefani joined "The Voice" as a coach this season, with Rossdale taking a role as mentor for Team Gwen.

She admitted she had her concerns about mixing business and pleasure.

"I went back and forth about having Gavin on [the show] because we have only collaborated on babies before," revealed Gwen at a press conference ahead of this latest season.

"I was really overwhelmed that Gavin was actually going to be on [the show] with me, and we got in a little fight about it the night before because I was like, 'I don't know if I can handle this. It's just too much.''
