Kelly Clarkson didn't spend the morning of her Miracle on Broadway charity concert rehearsing for the show--she spent her morning in a Nashville emergency room.

"Y'all, I spent all morning in the ER!" she told the Dec. 20 concert crowd that night in Bridgestone Arena, E! Online reported. "But don't worry. They gave me a shot of B12, and I'm feeling great and so excited to be here!"

The "American Idol" winner didn't specify the reason for her ER visit.

Clarkson's Miracle on Broadway concert was star-studded. The "Stronger" singer was joined by Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Kix Brooks, Ronnie Dunn, Charles Esten, Meghan Trainor, Kacey Musgaves, Martina McBride and Paramore's Hayley Williams.

The sold-out concert benefitted four Nashville non-profits.

Her first partner on stage however, wasn't any of those performers! Instead, she brought her 6-month-old daughter River Rose up with her and introduced her to the packed arena.

"Isn't she just the cutest?" Clarkson gushed. "This is her first Christmas and her first Christmas dress and I just had to bring her out here to show her off. I've probably scarred her for life!"

Clarkson performed several of songs from her 2013 album, "Wrapped in Red." She even revealed to the audience that the album's title song was written for now-husband Brandon Blackstock, according to E! Online.

"I had been single a long time and this song was my 'I'm going to do it' moment, my way of saying 'I'm all in.'"

She also performed with some of the other guest artists and even teamed up for a megacover of "Silent Night" with Yearwood and McEntire, who is also Clarkson's mother-in-law.

The proceeds from the concert totaled to $400,000.
