The threat of nuclear retaliation doesn't scare porn mogul and First Amendment warrior Larry Flynt. Not even a little.

Just two short days after Sony cancelled the preview of the Seth Rogen and James Franco flick, "The Interview," Hustler announced plans to produce a porn parody called "This Ain't The Interview XXX," in which two civilians recruited by the CIA assassinate the leader of North Korea.

"If Kim Jong-un and his henchmen were upset before, wait till they see the movie we're going to make," Flynt said in a statement to Entertainment Weekly. "I've spent a lifetime fighting for the First Amendment, and no foreign dictator is going to take away my right to free speech."

Part of Flynt's passion comes from pushing the limits of free speech and prevailing. In his most publicized triumph, Flynt won the 1988 US Supreme Court case, HUSTLER Magazine v. Falwell. The Supreme Court ruled unanimously that Rev. Jerry Falwell could not seek damages for "infliction of emotional distress" after Hustler published a cartoon featuring Falwell and his mother.
