Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick received an early Christmas gift this season, welcoming a new baby boy to their family.

The birth of their son arrived on the same day as their older son Mason's fifth birthday. The newborn also joins big sister Penelope, age 2.

"The family is freaking out with joy," a source told E! News. "What an amazing coincidence."

The family hasn't announced a name yet, and Kardashian told E! News in October that she wanted to wait until the baby arrived.

The E! cameras have documented almost every moment of the pregnancy so far. Kardashian told Disick about her third pregnancy on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." He had a less than great response, but soon came around.

On a recent episode of "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons," Kardashian enlisted the help of Mason to announce if he would have a new baby brother or sister when his mother gave birth. Kourtney's sister Kim explained that Mason would enter the room with either a blue star or a pink star to indicate the sex of the baby. Both Kardashian sisters and their mom Kris Jenner awaited his arrival.

The Kardashian family made sure not to forget Mason on his birthday. Grandma Kris and aunts Khloe, Kim and Kendall Jenner all tweeted special messages to their favorite little boy.
