Ken Weatherwax, best known as the actor who played Pugsley on "The Addams Family," died from a heart attack at his home Sunday. 

Weatherwax, 59, stuck with "The Addams Family" long after the show went off air in 1966 - he voiced Pugsley in a '70s version of the show and played Pugsley Sr. in an Addams TV movie, reported TMZ. 

He later moved on to working behind the scenes as a grip and set builder. Weatherwax never forgot his Addams Family roots and was often spotted at fan conventions. 

Weatherwax's death was confirmed on Facebook by his niece.


The actor's family told TMZ there will be two separate funerals held for him - one for the family, and one for his fans.
