After separating in 2012, Jennifer Garth and Peter Facinelli have finalized their divorce.

According to TMZ, the couple has come to an agreement in terms of their divorce on Tuesday.The divorce proceedings reportedly went quiet smoothly.

Garth and Facinelli separated after 11 years of marriage and have three children together Luca Bella, 15, Lola, 10 and Fiona, 6.

In the divorce papers, both have declined spousal support but have agreed to child support through a joint accessible bank account together. All costs over the children including school expenses will be paired for right down the middle. In terms of custody, the two have agreed on a 50/50 custody.

According to the Huffington Post, the 39-year old has spoken about co-parenting his children.

"Co-parenting has been great. I'm able to have the kids every other week and in some ways -- a lot of ways -- it makes me an even better father," Facinelli said. "I get to get up and make them breakfast, make them lunches, take them to school and I have the full responsibility of all three girls for the whole entire week, and I bond a lot with them that way."

The "Beverly Hills 90210" actress was previously married to Daniel Clark from 1994 to 1996 and as of now is dating Jeremy Salken. The "Twilight" star has been dating Jaimie Alexander since late last year.
