Kate Upton reportedly celebrated her 21st birthday with rumored new boyfriend "Dancing With The Stars" Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Us Weekly reported that "multiple insiders" have confirmed Upton and Chmerkovskiy's couple status. One source told the magazine that "they were set up through friends. They just started dating."

The pair were reportedly caught dining at Scalinatella in New York City's Upper East Side neighborhood.

"They were very canoodly," an eyewitness told Us Weekly, telling the magazine that they were holding hands at the table. "It was a very intimate meal.

However, sources told E! that Upton and the dancer are just good friends. Rumors have linked Upton to MLB pitcher Justin Verlander in the past.

She's never confirmed or denied the reports.

According to postings on Instagram, the supermodel nixed the idea of bar crawling on her big 21st birthday and opted to spend the day with family.

Upton celebrated her birthday with her uncle Congressman Fred Upton (R- Mich.), and GOP Whip Kevin McCarthy.

"With Congressman Fred Upton and his niece, Kate. We are celebrating Kate's 21st Birthday #kateupton," McCarthy wrote in the caption on Instagram.

Upton's uncle, Rep. Upton, co-wrote an opinion piece with McCarthy for the San Jose Mercury News titled "President is California Dreamin' about Obamacare." The op-ed bashed the effects of the Obamacare plan in California.

Upton's political stance on healthcare is not known, but her dislike of Victoria's Secret was made public.

Last May, Upton was reportedly furious with the women's lingerie company for using photos of her in a recent catalog. The use of the photos came after casting director, Sophia Neophitou spoke negatively about Upton's image.

"She is too obvious. She's like a Page 3 girl," Neophitou told the New York Times. "She's like a footballer's wife, with the too-blond hair and that kind of face that anyone with enough money can go out and buy. We would never use [Kate]."

The supermodel's popularity stems from her success of her Sports Illustrated covers and Vogue shoots.
