No. 5 TCU heads into Thursday's contest with a 9-1 record after winning five straight games.  Their latest win came on Nov. 15 in a 34-30 win at Kansas.  The Horned Frogs rallied from behind, thanks in part to quarterback Trevone Boykin's 330 passing yards and one touchdown, along with running back Aaron Green's 128 yards and pair of scores.

"A lot of people would have lost that ballgame," TCU coach Gary Patterson said, via ESPN.  "There wasn't any style points here other than the fact that we fought back and won the game."

Now, looking for their sixth straight win, Patterson wants his team to stay focused and not let up.

"Our job is to keep our nose down and to finish the journey," Patterson said.  "That's what we're trying to get accomplished."

Texas (6-5), meanwhile, is looking for their fourth straight win on the heels of their 28-7 blowout on Nov. 15 of Oklahoma State.

"This is the best football we've played in November since I've been here," said fifth-year receiver John Harris.  "(A 23-0 loss to Kansas on Oct. 25) was a turning point for this team.  We made up our minds we had to be better."

If the Longhorns can win Thursday, it would be the first time since 2009 winning three straight games at home, according to ESPN.
