North Carolina had their three-game winning streak snapped on Wednesday against Butler in a 74-66 loss.  One key issue, according to coach Roy Williams, was the lack of rebounding, in which Butler outrebounded them 57-40.

"The biggest thing is you have to want to get the basketball," he told the team website, via ESPN.  "You have to fight and get off the box out.  It's a little bit about having to have five guys willing to box out on defense and finish the defense.  They were really good at it and we weren't very good at boxing out.  They seemed to react to the ball more quickly than we did."

Now the Tar Heels are in the consolation round of the Battle 4 Atlantis, where UCLA find themselves after their four-game winning streak ended Wednesday in a 75-65 loss against Oklahoma.

"North Carolina didn't think they would be in that bracket, and we didn't think we would be in that bracket," UCLA coach Steve Alford said.  "But, that is reality.  That's what hits you, and you have to deal with it."

Although UCLA has been able to score, they struggled to find the basket against Oklahoma.

"It's what's being thrown at us," Alford said of bouncing back from Wednesday's loss.  "We've got to handle that and we're not a deep team yet.  We've got a bench that's developing.  And now you get North Carolina in less than 24 hours, or right at 24 hours, and they're very deep.  So that's a challenge."
