Jennifer Lawrence refuses to listen to herself sing in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1," but others loved her song, "The Hanging Tree," so much that it landed on the U.K. music charts.

The song, included on the official soundtrack, has landed at the No. 29 spot on the charts, according to the U.K. Official Charts Company.

Lawrence's character, Katniss Everdeen, performs the song about halfway through the film when she returns to visit her now destroyed District 12. A member of the film crew, following her during the trip, requests to hear the song while they take a break by the river.

On the day she had to perform the song, Lawrence grew so nervous that she started shaking and crying.

"I can't stand singing. The idea of singing in front of people is my biggest fear in the entire world. I cried the day that I did that," she told HitFix. "I was shaking. I was like, 'I want my mom.' I've never listened to it. When that scene comes on, I plug my ears."

"Mockingjay Part 1" has performed well in theaters, bringing in $122 million on its opening weekend. The film has earned $143 million at the U.S. box office and $295 million worldwide. It's expected to bring in another $80 million in the U.S. over the Thanksgiving weekend.
