Demi Lovato has no interest in being friends with Miley Cyrus.

The 22-year-old singer, who used to brag about being best friends with Miley Cyrus, is now saying that she and Cyrus are no longer friends. When asked by a fan to describe her current relationship with the former "Hannah Montana" actress while on "The TJ Show/Boston's 103.3" AMP Radio Monday, Lovato said she and Cyrus were only acquaintances.

"Um... we're like... We're acquaintances," Lovato said with some hesitation. "It's life, and people change. I don't have anything in common with her anymore. I wish her the best."

Last year, the "Heart Attack" singer called Cyrus one of her "best friends" and showered the singer with praise on her new ventures in music.

"Miley has been one of my best friends growing up and so I'm happy for her," Lovato told Fox 31's Everyday in October of 2013. "She's doing what she wants to do and this is her time to break out and figure out, you know, what she wants to do in her career and her image and everything...I'm happy seeing her happy because I love her so much. And, you know, she doesn't care what people think, nor should she."

So what about her friendship with Disney darling Selena Gomez?

During an interview on Bravo's "Watch What Happens Live" in August of 2014, Lovato said she unfollowed Gomez on social media after the two ended their friendship.

"I think it's just one of those things where people change and people grow apart," Lovato said.
