Country music icon Ray Price is the focus of a special tribute program on the nationally-syndicated television show "Texas Music Scene." The special, tagged as a "Backstage Pass on Ray Price's Final Album," airs Nov. 21-23.

This special documentary style edition of "Texas Music Scene" includes interviews with Ray's widow, Janie, and SiriusXM personality Dallas Wayne. The two share priceless memories of the late Country Music Hall of Famer's life and career, including the star's final CD, "BEAUTY IS ... the final sessions."

This episode, taped Oct. 3 at Fort Worth's legendary Billy Bob's Texas, kicks off with an introduction by Ray Benson, who refers to Price as a "Texas Legend." He adds that "Ray's musical legacy will live on forever."

Benson's prediction appears to be true: "BEAUTY IS ... the final sessions" debuted on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart at #22, and features on Price have appeared in USA Today and numerous other major publications, including Country Weekly's 20th Anniversary "Legends of Country" Collector's Edition (on stands now).

Janie Price continues to share memories of her husband and his music with various media outlets, including RFD's Larry's Family Reunion, SiriusXM's Elvis Radio and Road Dog Trucking channels, Westwood One's Country Gold With Randy Owen and many others.

Produced by Grammy award-winning hit maker and Price's longtime friend Fred Foster, the final album highlights Ray's signature string and shuffle sounds, and features duets with Vince Gill and Martina McBride. Released on Amerimonte Records, the album is available at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store locations, as well as Hastings, Walmart and online retailers, including Amazon.
