Relationships are never easy - especially if you're dating Robert Pattinson.

FKA Twigs (real name: Tahliah Debrett Barnett) opened up to USA Today about her relationship with the "Twilight" actor, and revealed that being with Pattinson is "worth it," despite the negative remarks from social media users.

"I really enjoy the fun of putting something out and people liking it or hating it or talking about it, but vacuous attention, it feels disgusting. It's like a hangover," the 26-year-old songstress told USA Today.

In her first comments about her relationship with the actor, the "Two Weeks" singer said, "I know that's not really because of me or what I'm doing, [but] the positivity that I get from [my relationship] makes the more challenging aspects...very worth it."

FKA Twigs and Pattinson reportedly began dating in September, and have been photographed shopping together and going on walks. A source told Us Weekly that the couple "connects through music" and that "Pattinson loves her voice."

As the couple's relationship heated up, the British musician was being cyber bullied by Pattinson's fans.

"I am genuinely shocked and disgusted at the amount of racism that has been infecting my account the past week. Racism is unacceptable in the real world and it's unacceptable online," she tweeted at the time.

Twigs told USA Today that she has no control over "14-year-old kids that should be in bed" instead of harassing people online.

As for her career, the singer - who recently released her debut album, "LP1" - said her songs were inspired by love and heartbreak during a "messy part of her life."

"You try to do something, and it makes you feel disgusted in yourself," she said. "Whether it's loving someone, trying to make music or trying to finish something and it's painful, you're constantly confronted with your lack of skill level, or you're trying to love someone and you're confronted with all the demons you have."
