A Tennessee man notorious for allegedly fathering over 20 kids but refusing to pay child support has been ordered by a judge to make payments for three more children, The Smoking Gun has learned.

Terry Turnage reportedly has a total of 26 children with 20 different women, many of whom have taken legal action against him for not providing monetary support for his kids.

This month, a Circuit Court judge in Arkansas ordered the 50-year-old Memphis resident, who apparently worked at McDonald's, pay $60 a week to support his 2-year-old son Ja'Voin, TSG reported.

The order comes after the Arkansas Office of Child Support Enforcement filed a paternity complaint on behalf of Ja'Voin's mother, Miesha Davis.

The judge also ordered Turnage to pay healthcare insurance for the toddler "when reasonably available" through his job and to pay $365 in court fees, according to TSG.

Two additional Arkansas women have filed court orders against Turnage, who originally gained notoriety in 2012 for owing tens of thousands of dollars in back child support, WREG reported. He has since been dubbed the "worst deadbeat dad."

Court records also indicate Arkansas officials have filed notices to withhold Turnage's income with a company that runs a McDonald's in Tennessee.

But while he was not paying child support, Turnage was living a double life as a wealthy club owner who drives expensive cars and is known as TYB, according to WREG. In September, the father filed an "affidavit of indigency," indicating his inability to pay.

Turnage also reportedly has a stake in an Arkansas nightclub named Club Envy where he hosted a big 50th birthday celebration in October. The club is owned by Turnage's son, TSM reported.

As if the child support claims weren't enough, Turnage is also charged with making terroristic threats relating to a May incident where he allegedly said he would shoot a man- or his wife- after he sold Turnage a car that did not work.

Turnage bought the car for $10,000 in cash, TSM reported.
