Before going out and hitting the dance floor this weekend men may want to check out this new study that finally reveals what dance moves are most attractive to women.

Evolutionary biologists from Northumbria University in England and the University of Göttingen in Germany recorded 30 men dancing for 30 seconds. The team of scientists proceeded to use motion-capture technology to create an anonymous video of the men dancing to show to 37 women who rated the dance moves.

The more a man moves his head, neck and torso, the more attractive he will appear to women while dancing according to the survey.

It's also apparently attractive to women when the man has a lot of leg speed - especially when bending and twisting the right knee.

Arm movement appeared to neither have a positive or negative effect on the women spectators.
