Apple fans are going to have to fork over a lot of money if they plan on getting the Gold Edition of the Apple Watch.

French site iGeneration reported that the 18-karat premium model will be available for $5,000, with the rumored released date set for Feb. 14th, according to Tom's Guide. The Cupertino, California-based tech giant's website provides a more vague release date, which is "early 2015."

Features of the gold version include a sapphire crystal display and a stainless steel case (available in black and silver). Users will be able to outfit the Apple Watch with either a leather or sport wristband, and will have several steel bracelets to choose from for the device.

The Gold Edition is one of several models set to launch soon, since Apple is also rumored to make its standard Apple Watch and the aluminum Apple Watch Sport available in the early half of 2015 for $500 and $350 respectively, Tom's Guide reported.

While the release date for the Gold Apple Watch is still a rumor, it would still make a nice Valentine's Day gift.
