SORRY LADIES! Fans expecting to get a glimpse of Jamie Dornan's manhood in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" film are in for some disappointing news.

The 32-year-old actor, who is playing character Christian Grey, opposite Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele, told The Guardian that moviegoers will not be seeing his private areas in the highly-anticipated film, because he will not be going full frontal.

"There were contracts in place that said that viewers wouldn't be seeing my, um... Yeah, my todger," Dornan told the publication, using a British slang word for "penis."

He continued, "You want to appeal to as wide an audience as possible without grossing them out. You don't want to make something gratuitous, and ugly, and graphic."

The film, based on the bestselling racy S&M romance novels, is being directed by director Sam Taylor-Johnson and also star actors Jennifer Ehle, Marcia Gay Harden, Luke Grimes and singer Rita Ora.

"Sam is a very bright woman, so there might be some suggestive elements to it, but I haven't seen it at this stage, so it is hard for me to say," Dornan said of the movie's content. "I'm aware of what we shot, and it wasn't as if we shot a film without any action."

Last week, Us Weekly reported that the Dornan and Dakota had to re-shoot sex scenes after a preview screening concluded that the lead actors lacked chemistry on screen. An insider told the publication "Dakota isn't coming off sexy enough"

"Anyone who thinks actors get turned on doing sex scenes in films is mistaken," he told the Guardian. "There are dozens of hairy men standing around, moving cables and lighting equipment. That's not sexy unless you're into being watched, which I'm not."

"Fifty Shades of Grey" is scheduled to hit theaters nationwide on Feb. 13, 2015.
