I hate bye weeks. They're inconvenient and damaging to anyone hoping for a playoff push. For those of you trying to navigate your way through untimely byes, here are three free agents worth looking at as potential replacements.

1. Mike Evans

The rookie receiver has really come on for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the last month. Since Week 4, Evans is averaging more fantasy points per game (13.5) than Jordy Nelson (13.2), Sammy Watkins (12.8), DeSean Jackson (12.2) and Dez Bryant (10.2). The Bucs may be awful, but so is their upcoming schedule. Tampa Bay will play the Atlanta Falcons, Washington Redskins and Chicago Bears over the next three weeks. All three matchups are incredibly favorable for the young pass catcher.

2. Mark Sanchez

I know, I know. Sanchez ended his New York Jets career in a disaster straight out of "The Walking Dead." But Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly has constructed an offensive system that anyone can thrive in. Nick Foles has been good-not-great this season and fantasy owners can expect much of the same from Sanchez. He finished 15 of 22 for 202 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions while filling in for Foles Sunday. I can easily see Sanchez circling the 15 fantasy point mark consistently, should the running game hold up around him in Philly.

3. Jeremy Hill

Hill is still available in just under 25 percent of ESPN leagues. I have a feeling that is going to change. Hill, filling in for the injured Giovani Bernard against the Jacksonville Jaguars Sunday, put up BIG numbers. The rookie rusher carried the ball 24 times for 154 yards and two touchdowns (five scores on the year). It was Hill's first double-digit fantasy outing since Week 2 and a good reminder of the two-headed monster the Bengals have in their backfield. Should Bernard's hip injury cause him to miss any more time, Hill can be counted on for quality fantasy production.
