Chelsea Handler and Instagram are going their separate ways.

The 39-year-old comedienne has promised to quit using the photo-sharing site on Friday after receiving negative backlash from a photo she posted of herself riding a horse while topless, with the caption, "Anything a man can do, a woman has the right to do better #kremlin."

The picture was posted alongside a snapshot of Russian President Vladimir Putin riding a horse bare-chested. Yahoo News reported that the photo was immediately pulled down from Instagram.

Handler took to the social media site on Friday posting a picture of her two dogs, along with the caption, "You can now find my dogs and my breasts on Twitter only where my followers have the right to choose what they say. Bye bye instablock."

Yahoo News reported that Instagram blocked the photo and reminded the TV personality of the site's strict guidelines on nudity and mature content.

"Remember that our community is a diverse one, and that your posts are visible to people as young as 13 years old," the guidelines read. "While we respect the artistic integrity of photos and videos, we have to keep our product and the content within it in line with our App Store's rating for nudity and mature content. In other words, please do not post nudity or mature content of any kind."

However, after the photo was removed Handler reposted it a second time, with the caption "Taking this down is sexist. I have every right to prove I have a better body than Putin."

The photo was removed a second time. According to E! Online, the former "Chelesa Lately" host reposted her topless picture a third time and wrote, "If Instagram takes this down again, you're saying Vladimir Putin Has more 1st amendment rights than me. Talk to your bosses."

She reposted the same picture on Twitter, which has not been removed, yet. Handler's Instagram account is still currently activate.

If a man posts a photo of his nipples, it's ok, but not a woman? Are we in 1825?
