Some of country music's biggest legends have strolled through the doors of Tootsie's Orchid Lounge in downtown Nashville and many have performed on the famous venue's stage. Kris Kristofferson, Roger Miller, Waylon Jennings, Patsy Cline, Mel Tillis, Webb Pierce, Faron Young, Tom T. Hall and Hank Cochran are among the stars who've hung out at the honky-tonk. And Willie Nelson got his first songwriting job after performing his songs at Tootsie's.

Now Tootsie's Orchid Lounge is gearing up to celebrate a milestone birthday-54 rowdy, music-filled years. The historic Nashville watering hole is adding more of country's powerhouse artists to the lineup of the much-anticipated Tootsie's Orchid Lounge 54th Birthday Bash.

Platinum-selling hitmaker Randy Houser, CMA and ACM award winner Tracy Lawrence and Troy Gentry - half of the popular country duo Montgomery Gentry - are the latest additions to the party's lineup.

And just outside Tootsie's front door, the annual Broadway Avenue street party will feature performances by Darryl Worely, Terri Clark and Chuck Wicks. The street party will be hosted by America's Morning Show host Blair Garner.
