If you are looking for the best place to enjoy your Halloween festivities, start heading over to the mid-west now.

St. Paul, Minn. was rated overall as the number one American city to celebrate Halloween in WalletHub's annual survey. The survey looked at over 100 American cities, measuring them on important aspects of making the holiday successful including crime rates, number of candy stores in the area, how much people spend on holiday-related expenses, parties, entertainment and weather forecast. 

Although Minnesota snatched the top two spots (Minneapolis was ranked number two), Texas was close behind sealing four spots in the overall top 10 cities for Halloween.
