The latest episode of the Capitol Ministry of Information’s “DISTRICT VOICES!” sends a message to Katniss Everdeen.

Jimmy Wong and Ashley Adams, of the “Feast Of Fiction” channel on YouTube, helped represent Panem’s District 9 by baking one of Peeta Mellark’s favorite treats in honor of his family’s District 12 bakery.

Wong began preparing the Apple Goat Cheese Tarts, placing the flour on the table to roll the dough. However, Wong took a moment to create the Mockingjay symbol before dropping the dough on the flour.

It marked the first obvious appearance of the Mockingjay symbol within the “DISTRICT VOICES!” YouTube series. (I won't spoil the other ones!) However, it’s unclear exactly if President Snow wanted to threaten Katniss with placing the symbol in the video, or if District 9 is trying to send a message to the Rebels in District 13.

The video also marked the first appearance of the Mockingjay symbol within the “DISTRICT VOICES!” YouTube series. The last “DISTRICT VOICES” episode will focus on District 6 and star YouTube personality Justine Ezarik:

“The season concludes with YouTube’s 'iJustine’ (Justine Ezarik). Serving as District 6's liaison to the Capitol, Justine brings her signature enthusiasm to CapitolTV with an exclusive glimpse at the driving force that proudly supports the transportation needs of Panem’s vaunted Peacekeepers.”

“The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1” has released a handful of actual movie trailers, so the final “DISTRICT VOICES” installment could contain a exclusive look at the film. You can check out Capitol TV’s official website for updates. The fifth “DISTRICT VOICES” episode will premiere on the site Friday, Oct. 24.

"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" will hit theaters on Nov. 21.
