A mother and her daughter received an unpleasant spook outside an Illinois haunted house when two men dressed as clowns while brandishing sex toys assaulted them, according to a lawsuit obtained by The Smoking Gun.

Regina Janito, 38, claims that two men dressed in clown suits harassed and inappropriately handled her daughter when they were buying tickets to enter the Massacre Haunted House in Montgomery on Oct. 11.

The mother is seeking $50,000 in damages for each of the six charges, including sexual battery of a minor, assault and infliction of emotional distress on her and her high school-aged daughter.

Armed with a "vibrating, purple sex toy," one of the men, Robert Keller and another man circled the daughter as she approached the ticket window with her mother and "began to violently poke the Minor in various parts of her body," according to the Circuit Court complaint filed Tuesday.

Keller's accomplice, who was not named in the complaint, also taunted the family by pretending to perform oral sex on a teddy bear that had a vibrator attached to the "groin area," the lawsuit claims according to TSM.

When Janito came to her daughter's rescue, Keller allegedly shoved the vibrator in her face while yelling, "You like this!"

Janito, who was there with three other children in addition to her daughter, left the haunted house with the minors and called the police. Keller, 23, was arrested and charged with battery and disorderly conduct, TSG reported.

The lawsuit also accuses the haunted house, where Keller was apparently a volunteer, of negligence for allowing "Keller and John Doe to attack Janito and the Minor with sex toys."
