Trace Adkins is getting ready to spread holiday cheer all across America.

The country star will hit the road in just four weeks for his Christmas Show 2014 Tour, continuing the holiday tradition he started last year with this reverent theatrical and musical production for the whole family, reported Broadway World.

Adkins will embark on his Christmas Show 2014 Tour on Nov. 14, performing holiday classics and songs from his 2013 album of Celtic carols, "The King's Gift."

"The holidays are my favorite time of year, and I'm excited to bring this show back on the road," Adkins said, according to The Boot. "These shows aren't just a straight-up concert, they're bigger and more exciting, with the 12-piece ensemble, the storytelling and some of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever heard."

The evening will also include historical and humorous narrations and fireside chats, along with the 12-piece Sarepta Symphony, which includes singer Alyth McCormick, who sings on "I Saw Three Ships" from Adkins' Christmas album.

"The show was inspired by the last few years I've done the Christmas processional at Disney World," Adkins said. "It's just one of my favorite things to do. I look forward to doing it every year. And that's really what inspired the direction I wanted to go in with this tour."

Fans unable to attend one of his 26 shows will still be able to usher in the Christmas season with Adkins. "The Christmas Show" DVD, now available on TraceAdkins.com, features performances by McCormack, Andrea Zonn and Lily Costner. Filmed during Adkins' performance in Clearwater, Florida, last year, the DVD also includes behind-the-scenes interviews with Adkins and other members of his band and crew.

Adkins' trademark baritone has powered countless hits to the top of the charts and sold over 10 million albums. His hits include "You're Gonna Miss This," "Ladies Love Country Boys," "Songs About Me," "Every Light In The House," "Hillbilly Bone" (Blake Shelton & Adkins), and "Just Fishin," to name a few.

The Grammy-nominated member of the Grand Ole Opry is a TV personality, actor, author, spokesman for the Wounded Warrior Program and the American Red Cross, for whom he raised over $1.5 million dollars as winner of NBC's "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice," according to Broadway World.
