Marvel Studios has announced during New York Comic Con 2014 an hour-long special will be coming to ABC.
According to their official website, ABC will air their “Marvel 75 Years: From Pulp to Pop TV” special showcasing the history of their comic book franchises.
Marvel first came to life in 1939 through Stan Lee with the help of Joe Simon, Jack Kirby, Steve Ditko and publisher Martin Goodman. Lee partnered with many talented artists to create fan favorite “X-Men”, “Avengers”, “Iron Man”, “Spider-Man” and more comics.
“’Marvel 75 Years: From Pulp to Pop!’ will take fans new and old alike through the decades with the people who lived them in exclusive interviews, hosted by Emily VanCamp, star of ABC’s “Revenge” and Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier’,” according in Marvel’s news release.
“Tune in Tuesday, November 4 at 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC to re-live 75 years of your favorite heroes in ‘Marvel 75 Years: From Pulp to Pop!,’ and stay tuned to Marvel.com for more on the stupendous special, True Believers!”

1. Marvel 75th Anniversary: World Outside Your Window – Diversity in Marvel Comics

2. Marvel 75th Anniversary: Guardians of the Galaxy – Then and Now The Evolution of the Marvel Cosmic Universe
