Is Amanda Bynes planning a trip down aisle?

The 28-year-old troubled actress is claiming to be engaged to her 19-year-old boyfriend named Caleb who lives in Costa Mesa, California and works at a bait shop, according to InTouch Magazine.

"I am very needy for friendship and I hate men," she told the publication. "I want to f--- them, but I can now say I'm engaged - get away from me. I want to be married and I want to be away from people."

The news comes just two weeks after Bynes was arrested and charged with a DUI in Sherman Oaks, California. The "Easy A" actress told InTouch that she plans on moving to New York, because she "really [likes] walking and riding [her] bike, and in California, you need to drive."

Adding, "I really do not enjoy driving. I don't like the way I look in a car. The lighting is very bad."

Bynes was reportedly spotted in New York City over the weekend wearing a diamond ring, CBS News reported. The "Hairspray" actress also opened up to the publication about her upcoming nuptials and the desire to start a family.

"I want boys, for sure. However many I can pop out. I don't want a gorgeous girl around. Then I [would] feel way jealous. Ew," Bynes said, and added that the nuptials would take place at the London hotel in L.A.

TMZ reported that Bynes was seen talking to herself while dining alone at LAX airport. Last year, Bynes, who made headlines for her bizarre behavior, began receiving mental health treatment and was placed under conservatorship of her parents.
