There's more cat-fighting on the set of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" and this time it doesn't involve the cast members. According to Media Take Out, police and ambulance were called to the set recently after Mama Joyce (Kandi Burruss' mom) and Mama Sharon (Todd Tucker's mom) allegedly got into a fight.
There's been tension between the ladies ever since Mama Joyce called Sharon a "streetwalker." A source told Media Take Out, that during a recent filming the two came to face-to-face for the first time since that comment was made and things didn't go well.
"They were arguing, and Mama Sharon told Joyce to 'say it to my face'... Mama Joyce called her a 'prostitute' and before she could even finish it - Sharon gave her a TWO PIECE," a source told MTO.
Reportedly producers called police and an ambulance but no one was arrested or injured. In the trailer for Season 7 it was teased that there was some friction between Sharon and Joyce. Sharon even told Kandi that she would "punch [Joyce] in the mouth," which upset Kandi.
The friction between the moms was even beginning to take a toll on Kandi and her husband Todd. Apparently, that won't be the only fight on the upcoming season. A source previously told MTO that Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore also get into it after Kenya accuses her cast mate of cheating on her husband.
The source said that Phaedra has been really stressed over Apollo Nida's legal trouble - he was sentenced to eight years in prison for money laundering - and the cast has been very supportive. Everyone except Kenya, the source told MTO.
During filming a couple weeks ago, Kenya kept insisting that Phaedra had been cheating on Apollo. Phaedra reportedly lost it and lunged at the former beauty pageant winner.
"We're told that Kenya made up some lie - accusing Phaedra of cheating on Apollo for their entire marriage... and when she said that Phaedra lost it," MTO wrote.
Kandi Burris stepped in and separated the ladies before a fight could break out.
Season 7 of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" returns Nov. 9 on Bravo.
