"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice has about three more months of freedom. According to Radar Online, Judge Esther Salas ordered the 42-year-old to report to prison on January 5. Salas didn't have Teresa's 15-month sentence start earlier because she wants the Bravo star to spend the "holidays with her family."

"I want you home with your girls," Salas said.

The location of the prison has not been released yet, Radar reports. Even though she was sentenced to 15 months, Salas said Teresa could get out early for good behavior. However, as soon as she's out, Teresa's husband Joe Giudice will have to serve 41-months - three and a half years - behind bars. According to reports, Joe also faces the possibility of being deported back to Italy after he's out.

Salas said she would stagger the sentences so at least person could be home to look after their four kids: Gia, 13, Gabriella, 9. Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5.

According to US Weekly, Joe did everything he could to keep his wife out of prison.

"Joe tried everything he could to exonerate his wife, Teresa," Miles Feinstein told prosecutors and U.S. District Court Judge Esther Salas. "He wanted his wife to get the best deal she could get. He is a real man."

Following his sentencing, Joe addressed the courtroom and apologized. The couple was charged with a 39-count indictment that included bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications, bankruptcy fraud, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.

"I stand here humiliated before the court and my family and society," Joe said to the courtroom. "I disgraced many people including my wife and four daughters. I take full responsibility for my actions. I have grown and learned a lot about myself in the last few months and I promise to be a better person in the future. I will be a better husband and a better father."
