Gina and Pat Neely, the stars of Food Network's popular cooking show "Down Home With The Neely's," have broken up.

The high school sweethearts have decided to separate after 20 years of marriage. Gina filed for divorce and cited "irreconcilable differences" as her reason of separation, Us Weekly reported.

"Today we announce that we are ending our marriage of 20 years for irreconcilable differences," the pair said in a statement. "This was a tough decision, but we believe it is the best decision for us. As parents of two beautiful adult daughters that we love dearly, we will continue to be involved in each other's lives as parents and friends."

The duo may each take their own shot at a solo career, and the future of their collaborated show is uncertain.

"Together we have built a strong brand as The Neely's. Moving forward our focus will be on our individual brands and we are optimistic about our respective futures. We ask for your prayers as we go through this transition and honor our request for privacy at this time."

The couple has been separated for two years. Despite their marital problems, they continued to shoot their TV show, according to TMZ.

A source added that the pair - who has two daughters - Shelbi and Spenser, still care about one another, but they have grown apart.
