Wiz Khalifa is fighting back against Amber Rose's divorce documents.

The "Black and Yellow" rapper, whose real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, also filed documents in a Los Angeles court on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences as his reason behind their split, TMZ reported.

Khalifa is seeking joint custody of their one-year-old son, Sebastian, whom they welcomed in February 2013. He also desires adequate visitation rights, though Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody of the child.

Last week, the 30-year-old model took to Twitter to accuse her husband of cheating and wrote, "Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think you guys know this. Unfortunately now my ex husband can't say the same...I'm devastated and crushed but my main focus is Sebastian. Thank u all for the support in this difficult time."

Rose walked into a scene in which her husband was "cheating" on her with another woman, according to TMZ. However, a source close to the couple said that Khalifa "made it clear weeks earlier" that the two were over before he got intimate with another woman.

The source added that the rapper left "weeks before she filed for divorce" because he "didn't want to be married to her anymore."

Rose and Khalifa tied the knot in July 2013; however, the couple signed a prenuptial agreement, which could get Rose about $1 million for being married to the star, and more than $5,000 in monthly spousal support, TMZ reported.
